On 1-2 August 2023, University College Dublin hosted the final transnational meeting of the Foster-xR project, bringing together experts to discuss advancements in augmented and extended reality (xR) technologies for the food industry.

Specialists gathered to exchange ideas on the future of immersive technologies in food training and education. A key highlight was the participation of our coordinator, Prof. Vasilis Valdramidis (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
