EXCEL4MED had the privilege of being presented by Smart Agro Hub at the renowned 30th AGROTICA fair, held in Thessaloniki (Greece), from 1-4 February 2024.

For EXCEL4MED, the fair was an excellent opportunity to connect with industry experts, farmers and agriculture innovators, and to highlight our project’s pivotal role in transforming Mediterranean fruit supply chains.

From our ongoing research on sustainable food processing and green extraction technologies to our efforts in valorising food waste, EXCEL4MED continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible for the future of agriculture.

AGROTICA, one of Europe’s top five agricultural trade fairs, celebrated its 30th anniversary with an impressive turnout.
