On 28-29 May 2025, EXCEL4MED participated in the 4th Symposium of Graduate Students, titled “Chemistry and its Applications”, hosted by the Department of Chemistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

This event provides graduate and undergraduate students with a valuable opportunity to present their research through oral and poster presentations. It also supports the development of skills in effectively communicating scientific work.

EXCEL4MED’s contribution

EXCEL4MED was honoured to participate in the symposium by presenting two posters developed by our Greek partners from NKUA and ELGO-DIMITRA.

These posters focus on novel dairy products, specifically feta cheese and yogurt, highlighting innovative approaches in food science and technology that align with our project’s goals.
