EXCEL4MED was represented at the XXXII International Conference on Polyphenols held on 7-10 July in Turku (Finland), a premier gathering of international scientists focused on the health benefits and applications of polyphenols.

Our partner Ioannis Dimitros, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, had the opportunity to deliver an oral presentation titled: “Optimisation of Phenolic Compounds’ Extraction from Pomegranate Seeds Using Non-Thermal Technologies: Pulsed Electric Fields and Ultrasound”.
