On 9 April 2025, EXCEL4MED returned to San Anton School in Malta for a second round of interactive science engagement, this time with a new group of students eager to discover how innovation can transform food waste into valuable resources.

Led by our partners Diana Miceli, from Koperattivi Malta, and Prof. Ruben Gatt, from the University of Malta, the session introduced students to the core objectives of EXCEL4MED through a series of practical experiments and discussions.
