{"id":10761,"date":"2023-07-10T08:16:09","date_gmt":"2023-07-10T08:16:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/excel4med.eu\/el-1er-living-lab-de-excel4med-en-grecia-explora-las-innovaciones-ecologicas-en-el-procesado-de-la-fruta\/"},"modified":"2025-05-13T19:38:52","modified_gmt":"2025-05-13T19:38:52","slug":"el-1er-living-lab-de-excel4med-en-grecia-explora-las-innovaciones-ecologicas-en-el-procesado-de-la-fruta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/excel4med.eu\/es\/el-1er-living-lab-de-excel4med-en-grecia-explora-las-innovaciones-ecologicas-en-el-procesado-de-la-fruta\/","title":{"rendered":"El 1er Living Lab de EXCEL4MED en Grecia explora las innovaciones ecol\u00f3gicas en el procesado de la fruta"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"10761\" class=\"elementor elementor-10761 elementor-7041\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c27b4d2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c27b4d2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed8e482 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ed8e482\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El 4 de julio de 2023, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.aua.gr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidad Agr\u00edcola de Atenas<\/a> (AUA) acogi\u00f3 el <strong>1er Living Lab EXCEL4MED en Grecia<\/strong>, marcando un hito importante en el camino hacia una industria frut\u00edcola mediterr\u00e1nea m\u00e1s sostenible.<\/p><p>La sesi\u00f3n del Living Lab reuni\u00f3 a un grupo diverso de <strong>30 participantes<\/strong>, entre ellos agricultores, investigadores, responsables pol\u00edticos y representantes de la industria mediterr\u00e1nea de transformaci\u00f3n de frutas, creando una vibrante plataforma de colaboraci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Proporcion\u00f3 una oportunidad inestimable para que los participantes entablaran debates, compartieran ideas y <strong>exploraran m\u00e9todos de transformaci\u00f3n innovadores<\/strong> destinados a promover productos m\u00e1s sanos y respetuosos con el medio ambiente.<\/p><blockquote><p>El objetivo era identificar pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles que pudieran revolucionar la industria y, al mismo tiempo, apoyar el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico de la regi\u00f3n mediterr\u00e1nea.<\/p><\/blockquote><h5><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Fomentar la colaboraci\u00f3n para un futuro m\u00e1s ecol\u00f3gico<\/span><\/h5><p>El acto fue organizado por los socios griegos de EXCEL4MED -la <a href=\"https:\/\/en.uoa.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidad Nacional y Kapodistr\u00edaca de Atenas<\/a> (NKUA), <a href=\"https:\/\/smartagrohub.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Smart Agro Hub<\/a> (SAH), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elgo.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ELGO-DIMITRA<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevt.gr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SEVT -Federaci\u00f3n de Industrias Alimentarias Hel\u00e9nicas-<\/a>en colaboraci\u00f3n con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iamm.ciheam.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CIHEAM-IAMM<\/a>, reuniendo a expertos de diversos sectores para fomentar un di\u00e1logo significativo.<\/p><p>La <strong>diversidad de conocimientos<\/strong> representados, desde agricultores a consumidores, enriqueci\u00f3 los debates, ofreciendo <strong>m\u00faltiples perspectivas<\/strong> sobre c\u00f3mo mejorar la sostenibilidad y la innovaci\u00f3n en el sector agroalimentario mediterr\u00e1neo.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"2089\">Adem\u00e1s, la pasi\u00f3n y el entusiasmo mostrados por todos los asistentes subrayaron el compromiso de transformar la industria mediterr\u00e1nea de transformaci\u00f3n de la fruta. El <strong>intercambio de ideas<\/strong> suscit\u00f3 nuevas ideas sobre <strong>c\u00f3mo integrar tecnolog\u00edas sostenibles<\/strong>, <strong>mejorar las t\u00e9cnicas de procesado<\/strong> y, en \u00faltima instancia, <strong>crear productos<\/strong> <strong>m\u00e1s sanos<\/strong> para los consumidores y m\u00e1s <strong>respetuosos con el medio ambiente<\/strong>. <\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"2089\">Este esp\u00edritu de colaboraci\u00f3n sienta las bases para un cambio duradero en el sector.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
